Cassandra Finley is the CEO of Change Seekers Institute,
an organization that provides educational training to youth and their families. Cassandra has a wealth of knowledge in leadership and over 40 years of experience providing programs for youth and families that will improve their quality of life and encourage them to achieve their greatest potential. She is a minister, youth leadership trainer, and a certified life coach. She is dedicated to serving children, youth, and families as a youth coordinator, executive
director, and facilitator. In addition, she serves as a certified speaker, trainer, and coach through the John Maxwell Team. Through Change Seekers, she serves as an independent consultant leading many to accomplish their dreams.
